Delete your Sefa account

You can delete your account and server-side data at any time.

From the app (recommended)

• Open Sefa and unlock with biometrics or your PIN.
• Go to Settings → About → Delete account.
• Confirm. The deletion is processed immediately and is irreversible.

What gets deleted

We remove your wallet-derived user record, balances, transactions, notifications, alerts, push tokens, conversion-fee logs, AI feedback, referrals, and saved handles. Your wallet-derived user ID is added to a blocklist so the same seed cannot recreate the account on our servers.

Because Sefa is self-custody, your funds are not affected— they live on-chain, controlled by your seed phrase, and remain accessible in any compatible wallet. Your public on-chain transaction history also remains public on the blockchain; that is outside our control.

Can't access the app?

Email support@getsefa.com and we'll help you delete your server-side data. Note that, because we hold no email, password, or identity for you (your wallet is your only credential), we may ask you to prove control of your wallet before we can action a request.
