A few things to know first

• Sefa is self-custody. Your seed phrase and private keys live only on your device. We can never see them, recover them, or reverse a transaction — so keep your seed phrase backed up somewhere safe and private.
• We will never ask for your seed phrase or PIN. Not by email, not in chat, not over the phone. Anyone who does is a scammer.
• Lost your device? Reinstall Sefa on a new device and tap “I already have a wallet” to restore from your seed phrase. Nothing else is needed.

Common questions

• Are conversions free? Sefa charges a small spread (default 0.40%) on conversions above a minimum; smaller conversions are free. The fee is shown before you confirm.
• Which networks are supported? Solana, Ethereum, and Bitcoin.
• How do I delete my account? See our account deletion page.
